Come support your local dancers and cheer on your favorites as they compete for a spot in the Pacific Northwest's largest Salsa Competition, the Gemini Salsa Competition to be held in Portland June 13th & 14th. This is a 21 & over event, however, all ages can compete! The Eugene Salsa Meetup group is pleased to announce it is hosting its' 1st Eugene Salsa Competition. This will be a qualifying round for the 4th Annual Gemini Salsa Competition to be held in Portland June 13th &14. We want to make sure Eugene gets represented. Cash prizes for Eugene Cometition Winners 1st place-$400, 2nd place-$200. Special performance by Rumba Y Chache Dance Co. Friday May 16th @ 10pm @ Davis Restaurant & Bar on 94 w Broadway in Eugene.
