Bachata Performance Team Free Online Audition

Salseros Dance Company is having online auditions for our Bachata Performance Team!
This group is open to all levels. This team focuses on styling and footwork so you do not need a partner.
On this team you will:
– Improve your technique as a dancer
– Learn styling & patterns you can use on the dance floor
– Learn a bachata routine and perform virtually and locally in Eugene
– Get unlimited access to all Salseros online classes
– Meet great people and have fun!
The audition will consist of a short class (taught online via Zoom) where we will teach some material to see what level you are at. You don’t need to prepare anything and you don’t have to perform anything by yourself. You don’t need a partner in order to attend the online audition, and the team currently focuses on individual footwork and styling instead of partner work. We will also answer any questions you may have about the team. Some previous experience with bachata or other Latin dancing required.

Team practices will be once a week on Sundays from 7-8pm, starting on Sunday, April 4.
Cost for the Team: Only $50 per month membership fee, after being confirmed to join the team.
The audition will be held online and practices are held online (transitioning to in-person practices when it is safe to do so)
